We want you to be fully satisfied with every Product that you purchase from  (“Site”).  Except for Sale Products and Products designated on the Site as non-returnable, RealSleep, Inc. (“RealSleep”, “we”  or “us”) will accept a return of the Products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made in compliance with this Returns Policy. Your use of the Site in order to purchase Products indicates your agreement to follow and be bound by this Return Policy and our Terms of Service. By agreeing to this Returns Policy, you further agree that you understand that the Products purchased, whether ingestible, topical, or otherwise, contain cannabinoids derived from hemp. These Products have not been evaluated by the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and we make no claims as to any benefits from our Products. If you decide to purchase our Products, you do so pursuant to your own opinions as to any benefits these Products may provide. 

Limitations on Returns:

RealSleep will accept returns of qualifying Products sold via the Site within fourteen (14) days of Purchase. Sale Products are not eligible for refunds. Customers must file a return request in accordance with the directions provided below. The Product must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.  

Steps for Returning a Product:

  • Contact us via the Contact Us page at to verify that your Product is eligible for return before taking any other steps. We require proof of purchase with the first and last name of the purchaser and the corresponding order number to process your return request. Our assigned agent will get back to you with details on how to take the next step. 
  • Once a return request has been processed by our assigned agent, you will be issued a pre-paid return label.
  • Repackage the item including all original parts (e.g., Product, shipping packing materials, instructions, packing list).  Poor repackaging or the return of merchandise damaged after receipt could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. The Product must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible). Do not send items back in a regular envelope, this is not sufficient packaging and can cause items to be lost in the mail or damaged in transit.
  • Be sure to keep your purchase confirmation email for your records. If you cannot print out your digital packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the Product on a separate piece of paper. 
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  • RealSleep will refund the full purchase price in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within thirty (30) days of receipt of returned Product. 
  • RealSleep is not responsible for any Product lost or stolen during any return process.
  • Please be advised that refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment for the corresponding order.

    Sale Products (if applicable) 

    Sale Products are not eligible for refunds. 


    We only replace Products if they are defective or damaged. Please see the Damaged Products section, below, for more information. 

    Damaged Products

    We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes Products may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the Product as quickly as possible. Upon delivery of your order, please check the Product(s) carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged Product requesting must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. 

    If you have received a damaged Product, please e-mail us at We require proof of purchase with the first and last name of the purchaser, and corresponding order number to process your request. We only replace Products if they are defective or damaged.  Please provide detailed information for any Product damaged during shipping, including a full description of the damages to the Product and a photo depicting the damages. We will refund the original shipping charges if there was damage to the Product due to shipping.
