Yes. RealSleep takes extra care in sourcing the highest quality ingredients and delivers them in customers’ formulas in safe doses. While we always suggest speaking with your doctor before trying any new supplement, none of the ingredients used in RealSleep are known allergens.

RealSleep utilizes your body’s endocannabinoid system (which we are all born with) along with other plant-based ingredients to supplement your specific sleep needs. We regularly conduct extensive studies and clinical trials to monitor the sleep changes RealSleep can provide and work with you to find the best formula for you.

For best results, we suggest taking RealSleep nightly along with your regular bedtime routine. This is not your typical sleep aid. RealSleep aims to enhance your sleep for the best possible rest and bodily recovery.

In many cases, yes! Traditional sleep aids often contain ingredients like benzodiazepams or antihistamines to sedate the user and imitate sleep. RealSleep works with your body to promote a natural sleep and can be thought of more as a “sleep vitamin” instead of the traditional, potentially harmful, sleep aids sold in stores.

No. None of RealSleep’s ingredients contain any known addictive properties. In fact, in many studies, CBD has been used to curb addictive tendencies.

Additionally, RealSleep ingredients have individually undergone sleep studies and have been found to have a variety of sleep benefits. RealSleep base and personalized formulas come in a standard, size 0 capsule form. We suggest taking RealSleep 30-45 minutes before going to bed each night as part of your regular sleep routine.

To modify or cancel your subscription, simply contact us through our online contact form or by emailing eve@realsleep.com. We will give you access to your personal subscription portal, where you can do things like delay a shipment, skip a shipment, and further modify your subscription.

Yes! RealSleep’s base formula fits all of the above. In regards to personalized formulas, most fulfill the criteria above, with limited exceptions. For example, some formulas contain collagen to help with aging and skin health while you sleep, which is not vegan friendly. However, the vast majority of our formulas fit most dietary restrictions.
